These guys opened their store especially for me after their normal hours on a holiday weekend and found the parts I needed to repair my lift. They also have helped me troubleshoot my lift problems on-site and re-plumbed my lift at no charge, with nothing but my gratitude for payment, and all this on a lift they didn't sell! They are not in the lift repair business but go the extra mile anyway. I would definitely buy my next lift from Fibersteel.
