The staff is always helpful and very considerate. Sometimes there is down time but it's usually due to circumstances beyond the company's control and is always back up in a timely manner. I am on a fixed income so their rates are great for my budget. I like working with a local hometown company who's been in business for a long time and has an office in the area with a friendly staff who greets you at the door! I highly recommend Advertisnet.

Freguently dropped off line and too many advertisements. Had to change log-on number too many times.

Not a bad company , local, connections for the 56k are great. Been with em for 6 years now, and have had nothing but great CS from them...Too bad ill never see high speed access out here in the boonies!
