We have received great service and support from Micro-Tek. Mike Proto and the rest of the Micro-Tek team have always been very helpful and accomodating. We purchased a new lap-top for our son last summer for his freshman year at college, had our own hard-drive serviced last fall, and have had countless questions answered. The radio show on KRMS each Saturday is entertaining and educational as well.
