My husband was recently in the market for a new laptop for business purposes. He shopped around quite a bit and finally ended up purchasing his new computer from TNT. He was very pleased with the price, the quality and the service.

Tom is extremely knowledgeable about computers and how to fix them properly. I read some of the reviews and I have to disagree. He is blunt, telling you what is wrong with the computer, there is no sugar coating, which, I prefer. My computer was in for repairs, they try to have them out within two days, however, it took them longer on mine because of the problems I had, and I would prefer them to take a couple of days longer to fix it correctly. I believe that TNT is the new Readers Choice, because they are GOOD, they strive hard to earn your business and are constantly trying to add to the inventory. Easy to find in Stone Crest Mall and open on the weekends!

When I went into TNT it took me forever for him to even give me service then when he did he said it would be done at a certin time and took days longer than he said.

I have to agree Tom is full of knowledge and sometimes he seems so nice and I am so glad to have someone like him in the computer business but on the other hand sometimes he can be so unfriendly and makes me feel very uncomfortable in the store. Maybe it is my imagination but I have heard a few others make the same comment.

If you have any technical questions, or need to know something about the latest computer technologies, talk to Tom. He is always very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest technologies. I usually have fairly new equipment and rarely need professional repairs, but when I do, I'm taking it to TNT.
