Bimmer - Trico sent a particularily knowledgeable and skillful and helpful repairman to repair our 8 year old HydroHoist lift. He came on time, with all the tools and most of the small parts needed to do the job correctly. The bigger parts he ordered prepared from Trico's shop and they were delivered while the repairman did the work he had the parts for. He was willing to allow input from me as to how I wanted the repair done and made repairs as I suggested. The guy worked hard, never took a break, and did a wonderful job, finishing the same day he started. The price was reasonable and the service was co-ordinated with my schedule, the man was on time and did quality work, using the correct tools.
