I am very lucky to have a handy man husband and he is lucky to have a cheapo wife (at times i should say) so anyway we hauled this ourselves and rerocked the entrance into the condo, about 3 months ago prior to the peak season, and it was affordable, and mike did a great job in answering our questions and helping with arrangements since we dont live there on a full time basis
