We use Jerry Frank, he is really helpful, and saved us hundreds of dollars! Fair service. I have found some I like better, but can not say anything bad about this place. American Family has always helped us out in any way. Our vehicle was in a tornado (still drivable). I took it to the center that does the claims and they estimated the damage and cut me a check right there. It took about 30 minutes. Our agent always knows our name and gives us the best quote he can. We haven't found a company that can beat their quotes yet. We have been a customer with them for a long time and have had no problems with them as far as coverage. I did not like american family insurance as much as I do some others. There were nice when talking to them, but they did not seem to be on top of their job most times. Not too pleased with the way my agent didn't "fight for me" when I was in an accident that was clearly not my fault, yet the insurance company only had the other driver pay 60% of repair costs and I had to eat the other 40%. |
