The service at Farm Bureau was always helpful, but I recently changed b/c I found better rates elsewhere.

I had Farm Bureau for 7 yrears with no claims, but they kept raising their rates. I had to go with someone else when they wouldn't lower them.

We have had Farm Bureau for over 50 years. they have always been very dependable, quick to answer claims and honest to deal with. Their rates have been very good also. Like any other insurance though, the rates just keep going up.

We have our home owners insurance thru them and get a good price. Our life insurance is also thru them and i believe if we shop around it might be able to be found for a cheaper price. the agents are friendly. I hate having to pay yearly though to be a farm bureau member, on top of paying them for insurance, doesnt seem quite right

I do like Farm Bureau. They are always fast with claims and very friendly. I do not like having to pay a membership fee to be a customer.

I believe Farm Bureau is a good insurance company to go through. They provide additional services and deals free along with your insurance premium. My insurance agent, Jim Simpson, however, is not the best agent. HIs wife does most of the work and while she does a fine job the whole office just is chaotic and unorganized.
