Best Service in town

Steve Gerbig always does quality and on time work on all seven of my vehicles personal and business. Not only are his labor rates more than reasonable and the work always done right, he is a career technician so he explains the problem and best solutions to you and lets you choose what you want to do.
For my business I have emergency Service calls. Steve has worked countless hours overtime making it possible for my trucks to be dependable. I will continue to highly recomend him to my friends and famiy! Anyone who would talk his business practices down is looking for that "NO Maintenance vehicle" which of course, does not exist or is not living in the real world.

Auto Service

In my experience with Mr. Gerbig I was treated professionally. I am a single woman, and I have had some bad experiences with auto repair shops. It is my opinion that the work Gerbig's Auto did for me needed to be done. He explained the problem, and he also took the time to show me what he was explaining, so that I could make the decision whether to have the repair work done. Price wise he has been very fair.I recomend Gerbig's Auto....E.D.

No Gerbig's for us

Our first negative post never made it so we'll try again. We went in for an oil change and he immediately began "finding" all types of things wrong with my wife's car. He wanted to fix them while we were there or order new parts for a return visit. Since the vehicle wa still under factory warranty, I said no, and took it to a dealer. None of the problems identified were required to be fixed.

OBVIOUSLY slanted post. From competeter?Who knows?

I have NO idea where this gentleman is coming from, I have NO reason to even give a car that is under factory warranty a second glance for ANY kind of required additional repair, Or IF some kind of defect is blatantly apparent, I tell them to take it back to the dealer, case closed! The problem w/these kind of "anonymous" slam sights is that ANYONE can say any misguided thing about ANYBODY for any reason, Whether they've even ever BEEN to that buisness or not. My customers that know me & stick w/ me do so because they get to talk w/ the CAREER technition that works on their car & NO "Middle-man". I care for their car as much as I care for my own, & do my UTMOST to keep your budget in mind also. If you want to pay attention to this kind of nonsensical hate-slur, I can't stop you. What kind of car? what kind of things wrong?? Was the guy paying attn. to me? There is MORE to this than meets the eye. I have a MILLION Questions here. Gee, I hope this guy wins the free computer, he worked hard enuff @ it. I CHALLENGE this person to call me to straighten this out, but most anonymous complainers lack the fortitude. & once again, I submit to the public the RIDICULOUS EASE that an E-slander site such as this can be abused. There are SO MANY other factors that would merit consideration concerning this whole "complaint" that I don't have the time or space to even begin. I pride myself in doing the BEST, & most resonable job for every customer that comes in my shop, & YES, being a "little guy" competeing W/ million+dollar franchizes, I would be amiss if I failed to admit that this kind of generic "opinion" hurts my feelings personally. Steve Gerbig has done quality and on time work on several of my vehicles. His labor rates are reasonable and the work was done RIGHT the first time! I would highly recomend him to anyone!
