Usually I want to go somewhere unique to the lake when we are there, but got over-ruled last weekend and I'm glad. We had a good time, the chips and salsa was great!

Staff is never the same they seem to have a big turn around there. Food is filling and good. Great bar area!

I am spending the month in the ozarks so we look for different places to go for entertainment. We stopped by chili's and just got the chips and salsa and some drinks. The chips and salsa are wonderful. The staff was very friendly. loved it

This is a good chain to eat at. Lots of variety I think. Would definitely go here again. I do have to agree they are a bit slow to refill.

My husband loves Chili's, but I am not such a big fan. Chips & Salsa are great, but that is about all I like. The last time we were there we practically had to beg for a drink refill.

Sometimes the food and service are pretty good and sometimes they aren't. I never know what to expect when I go in so I don't go very often.

We ate there last weekend, and I was very disappointed. I had a bacon cheeseburger and the only taste was all of the grease on it. I lifted it up and it was like a waterfall of grease. I took one bite and no more. The service was okay, but the food was horrible.

We went to Chile's with some friends last week and had a great waitress. Her name was Marcy. I am glad we gave them another chance after such slow, really rotten service last time we went.

The service was great however i didn't care for my food, the waitress realized it and offered to get me something else. i just dont care for spicy food so the menu didnt' work for me. but the staff made up for it

i have eaten here about three times and haven't had anything i like. my parents came here with me the last time and my mother didn't like it either. i always give a restaurant three times to satisfy me and this one dropped the ball.

I really enjoy the food here, especially the fajitas. The service really needs some work though. They are typically slow, but always apologize for it. I love the dessert choices too.

The food has always been good, but the wait after ordering seems to be consistently very long. The servers have always been very friendly and efficient.

it's about a 50/50 chance of getting good food or service. the last time we were in there it took us 20 minutes just to get drinks and the fajitas were cold and sent back to the kitchen twice before they came out hot.

we took our boss to Chilies for Boss' day, the food was great and well priced for the portion!!

I visited Chili's again this week. They still have the same great service and food. There was no wait. The blackberry tea tastes wonderful. Stir it up before you take a drink though. The syrup is in the bottom. The baked potato soup is very filling. The prices are reasonable.

I enjoy eating a dinner out at Chile's. Good food and great drinks. I also love giving Chile's gift certificates for friends and family during the holidays.

The baby back ribs are really good, as well as the soup/salad daily special. The chips are good, and generally, everyone in our family can find something they like. We have had problems getting seated several times, but that goes with the popularity.

Have taken the family here afew times, and every time it has been awesome. Service is good, food is consistent and the prices can't be beat!!! Also they make a mean Margarita!!
