We recently boated up to Smoked on the Water. It was a Saturday early evening and we got our food to go (weather looked threatening). The staff was very friendly, kind of trashy, but what the heck we are at the lake! They put the ribs in a stay warm foil bag and sides were individually dished. Their own barbeque sauce was very good, kind of had an applesause cinnamon flavor. They have other choices of sauce for you to pick from too. Ribs were meaty and fall off the bone tender. Beans were good. Looks like it would be a really fun place to go with friends.
