Wish the staff was a little friendlier. Food is not always as hot as it should be. Manager was walking all over the store on a cell phone. Seemed a little flustered he had to get off the phone. As soon as I left he got right back on the phone and began passing again. Not busy at the time as it was 9:00 P.M.

I wanted to see the calorie and fat content of items on the menu. There is one on the wall...over the trash can. They should have them out on the counter for the customers. Next time I am in there, I will ask again.

Slow Service, need more help.

They have a playplace for the kids, whereas most of the other fast food places have gotten rid of theirs lately. Salads are not too great.

The playland is nice for little kids, clean too. We always have special orders and they are made right the first time.

i totally have to change my mind i had a girl that worked there threaten me while she was working and she then spit on my food and i will not go back there now even after she got fired because she has alot of friends that work there that will do the same thing

I dont like to go there very often they arent that great and very slow plus if you go through the drive thru you are stuck and have to wait in line there is no way out.

Have been to BK twice when out of fries or chicken nuggets. I go back for my kids.

We end up stopping here at least once each trip to the Lake. We go to the one on 54, it's about halfway between Osage Beach and the Strip, so always convenient and fast when we're on our way to or from and don't want to spend a lot of time or money on a meal!
