This is a locals favorite. I love everything about this restaurant. You have to try the cheese enchiladas they are fabulous.

Mexicali Blues is a great place to have lunch. The wraps and the torta are excellent. The smooth salsa has just the right taste. Since the new owner has taken over, it has greatly improved in service. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good Mexican meal.
