My family definitely prefers Big Surf. Not only are the rides a lot more fun, but the openess of the park makes it all the more inviting. You don't feel all cramped up. My kids love the "Taco" as they call it, but my favorite is the Space Bowl.

Fun place for the kids. Small - but the best around here. Usually open until Labor Day weekend. They give reading incentives for the area school kids - good to work with the community.

The whole family loves this place. The place is fairly clean. We stay as long as possible to make good use of the money. The kids love the wave pool and the adults love the river. The service is great too.

They were a little pricey, but the kids had fun for the most part. I don't like the fact that they don't have many slides that the parent can go down with the kid. Our daughter is 4 and she is scared to go down some of them by herself.

I think that the waterpark was a lot of fun. There were always enough people working and at the concessions, but there was an incidence that a kid was underwater and it took awhile before one of the lifeguards noticed it.

its not that expensive and i LOVE THE WAVE POOL the zambizi falls is very fun too

I have been going to big surf my whole life as far as i can remember. it has a kiddie pool for the kids and really cool rides for teens and adults including the SPACEBOWL and ZAMBEEZIE falls. then there is the Lazy river for people who just feel like relaxing

Great fun place for whole family, especially if you have people that aren't big on swimming in the Lake. I'd rather be on the lake myself, but it's a nice change and a fun time! Kids always want to go!

My kids, 15, 14 and 12 have been going to the Park for years. They still like it but as long time visitors would like some new attractions.

Great place for family fun. I purchase season passes for all my kids and their children every Christmas. I even got a pass for myself this year.

I love Big Surf Waterpark. It is a great place to bring your kids. I have a 2 year old and there is an entire area designated for small children to play in the water. My only complaint is that the waterpark has not opened at least 2 days this year just because there were clouds in the sky...no rain. Overall, though, I would highly recommend this place.

Not only is this a great entertainment venue for summer tourists and locals alike, it also employs a large number of students from the area every summer. We have two students that are working there currently, and appreciate the opportunity for them there very much.
